'All you need is Kill' film production

Tom Cruise, and Emily Blunt will star in 'All you need is Kill', a Warner Bros production to be shot in Hertfordshire.

The film production will create up to 500 new jobs for the UK film industry as the inward investment from the movie is spent on local production. The project is also the first film to be made at the brand new Warner Bros studio facility at Leavesden.

Most of the workforce required for this latest pic will be in the visual effects department according to the Chancellor, and will benefit from a tax break.

The UK Film Industry is at a turning point since the launch of the 2012 Olympic Games and the government is making a PR drive to boost inward investment in the creative industries. With more Hollywood productions being shot in the UK, I can also envisage other big blockbuster films being made here, and not just financed by American studios.
