It just been announced that the former home of late singer Amy Winehouse has sold at an action for just under £2 million.
The semi-detached property based in north London is just a short distance away from Camden Square where it was placed under auction in Piccadilly on Monday, according to the BBC.
There were five bidders in total for Winehouse's former home, which eventually sold for £1.98 million.
The well-maintained, gated property was estimated to fetch at least £1.8 million but bidding became more competitive when the news broke out that it was the home of the singer. Several key bidders were competing for it, leading up to the larger than estimated selling price.
The singer passed away on July 23rd 2011.
