LOS ANGELES, USA - 20-year old Katherine Schwarzenegger has followed her successful parents, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver by writing a book.

The college student aims to give girls a helping hand with their bodies, and to boost their confidence and self-esteem with her book, Rock What You've Got: Secrets to Loving Your Inner and Outer Beauty".

In recent release on PR Newswire Katherine said, "I never thought I would write a book," But my fuel came from research and information on the growing number of girls who feel so much pressure to be thin. Schwarzenegger faced the pressures of being thin and the struggle to maintain her own self-esteem as a teenager whilst being under the public eye.

Katherine Schwarzenegger is currently attending the USC Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism, following in the footsteps of her mother, who was an NBC News correspondent and is also an author. Her father, Governor Schwarzenegger began weight training at the age of 15 and defied incredible odds to became Mr Universe at the age of 22.
