CASTING ANNOUNCEMENT

We are casting a MALE LEAD, mid to late twenties, tall, statuesque, with defined features, and ability to play a wide range of emotions.

About the project:

"Roman and Rose have a transcendent love, but Roman’s conflicting nature leads him to an irredeemable act. Inspired by Schopenhauer’s aesthetics, idealistic Rose attempts to save his soul and their love by suppressing his will through beauty, inevitably leading to madness and tragedy."

This short film will be submitted to film festivals, with the possibility of being turned into a feature length. Shooting will take place in South West France in mid August for ten days. Exact dates to be confirmed based on the preferences of the crew. This is an unpaid project but will be an excellent opportunity to work on a professional film with a dynamic team and have a free holiday in SOUTHERN FRANCE with housing in a Medieval farmhouse, wine and cheese (and other food), pool, horseback riding, nature, and general merriment!
