We want to include all cultures and peoples from around the world and require just about every age range.  Anyone who is interested in the idea, whether they are actors/models/musicians/dancers/etc… are welcome to contribute.

The films will be directed by Jeff McGary and produced by Griffith Warner.  The first five countries are being filmed in June 2010 and then a second round will be filmed in October and November of 2010.

After this, we will more than likely film the final films in the spring of 2011 to finish the 24 hour project.

Since the films are so experimental we can only offer to pay expenses (travel/food/hotels/etc…).  The goal is to show the 24 hour film online every January 1st and allow people to watch the streaming film for free (though this could change).

Venus Spa is a comedy about the 4 sexy women who run the Venus Health Spa in Winnipeg circa 1983. The show is in the same realm as Baywatch and is a parody of 80′s pop culture and workout videos. JUSTINE: (18-22) Justine is a tomboy type who wears jean/leather jackets and tight jeans a lot. She is tough and jaded but also has a girl next door look. The character is to look like Kristen Stewart or Alyssa Milano. (Brunette.)

TINA’S POSSE: These are the sidekicks to Tina’s posse of rival health club instructors. This will have a few lines and only be for a single day of shooting.

DUDES: (24-35) We are seeking attractive men to play ‘dudes’ that work out at Venus Spa. These are also speaking parts and we are seeking athletic or muscular men for these roles. Knowledge of 80′s pop culture and catchphrases is a big plus.

Since this is a Baywatch type show actors and actresses must be comfortable wearing workout gear, (shorts and tank tops for the guys, leotards for the girls.) Dancing/cheerleading experience is also a huge plus because there will be workout sequences during the series with some choreography involved.

There are 10 interrelated stories which are taking place all over the world.

I also need an assistant director in each city!

Due to all of the visa requirements, the cities could change slightly (Singapore instead of Bejing, Istanbul instead of Tehran, Caracas instead of Havana, etc…) so I would love to hear from people in other cities as well.
