Daniel Craig gets another boost

The news has been good this year for Daniel Craig, but it gets better. Thanks to the success of 'Skyfall' he's managed to earn two number one places.

First of all 'Skyfall' went far above and beyond the box office goals the producers had in mind. It broke many box office records around the world and has even become the biggest film of all time in UK cinemas. To add to the magic this Christmas, Daniel Craig has been voted Britain's favourite actor of 2012.

According to a poll, the actor triumphed against Hollywood favourites including Johnny Depp and Batman star Christian Bale. Whilst the 'Dark Knight Rises' proved to be an enormous success, British audiences were more in-tune with Daniel Craig's Bond performance. It has also been 50 years since Bond first appeared on our screens, and the magic of Craig's Bond performance, and glowing reviews for the movie, have made this a special year for the franchise.

Robert Downey Jr. and Will Smith also made the top 5. Britain's favourite actresses of 2012 have also been revealed this week.
