Former Disneyland employee sets up dating website for Disney fans

The world’s first dating website for Disney fans has been launched by a self professed “software geek” who wants to bring a new kind of love to the internet.

Dave Tavres from Culver City who worked on the Disneyland railroad as an engineer launched the website that helps Disney fans find their love match where they can set up a profile and search an international database of people from the ages of 18 to 99.

The website speaks to the true “Disney nerds” and includes custom-made categories of search where people can pre-select the level of “Nerd” they have for both Disney and Star Wars. There is even an option to choose your favorite characters like Tarzan, Darth Vader, Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Aladdin and many more.

Disney fans love search on Mouse Mingle

“MouseMingle.com is dedicated to Disney fans. Traditional internet dating sites don't understand the passion people have for all things Disney. But we do.”

Tavres told LA Mag that the reason he set it up was because:

“I found it hard to find women who were as interested in Disney as I am….”
