Six-time Emmy-nominated comedian Jordan Peele will be voicing the role of Danny in the feature Abruptio which is currently in production. Peele is half of the duo, Key and Peele, and has recently broken into horror as the writer and director of the Blumhouse production, Get Out.

Abruptio follows Les Hackel, a guy down on his luck who wakes to find an explosive device has been implanted in his neck. He must carry out heinous crimes in order to stay alive while trying to discover the mastermind manipulating the now twisted world around him.

The feature is like no other to date. All of the characters on screen will be performed by life-sized, realistic latex puppets, paying homage to the kind of cinema that the Hensons are known for (Labyrinth, Dark Crystal). A fan of Jim Henson, writer and director Evan Marlowe hopes to pay this art form justice.
