Justin Bieber to be charged for damaging property in Calabasas

Justin Bieber is to be formally charged with a misdemeanor offense for his alleged participation in egging a Calabasas mansion causing thousands of dollars in damage.

The star is alleged to have egged a neigbor's house in January causing $20,000 of damage but is not required by law to appear in court for this type of offense.

Bieber also faces a more serious charge of driving drunk without a valid licence in Miami.

According to CNN, Bieber moved out of Calabasas and sold his mansion to Khloe Kardashian but prior to doing so, he had been reported on multiple times for speeding and other potential disturbances.

The star also faces a separate assault charge in Canada for an altercation with a limo driver in Toronto.
