Lady Gaga now a newspaper editor for the Metro

Lady Gaga's feat in journalism will expand from V Magazine fashion blogger to guest editor for the free Metro newspapers.

The singer turned activist and now journalist, is delving into the media to highlight various good causes, and apply her ideas and sense of style.

This is not the first time a celebrity has delved into to journalism, as many have before her have columns on big news papers like the New York Times and The HuffingtonPost.

In 2009 Bono wrote several op-ed columns for the New York Times, whilst Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin has a regular blog on the HuffingtonPost. Another big journalistic personality is none other than George Clooney, who guest edited the Independent newspaper in 2007
