Michael B. Jordan knocked out during Creed shoot

Sylvester Stallone has released a behind-the-scenes clip showing Michael B. Jordan taking a full blow to the head during the shoot for "Creed."

The actor went through a gruelling training program to get himself ready for “Creed” but during production, he took a real punch to the face, and was knocked out.

In the clip below you can see Jordan doing a fight rehearsal with a green screen background. There’s energy and apprehension but all of a sudden a punch from Cruiserweight boxer Tony Bellew goes straight into his face and he flies backwards and drops cold.

Stallone has praised the actor throughout the promotional tour of “Creed”
and has been tipped for an Oscar. Jordan was recently named 'Best Breakout Performance' of the year by the African-American Film Critics Association.

The 28-year-old actor plays the son of Apollo Creed in the movie and received high marks from critics for his performance. “Creed”
was written and directed by Ryan Coogler who is now in talks with Marvel to shoot “Black Panther.”
