Some say her endorsement of Obama’s 2008 Presidential bid was a major boost to his election campaign. It is no secret that Oprah commands enormous influence and has dedicated fans. After 25 years, Oprah Winfrey now starts a new chapter, with her OWN Network, which was launched in January.
The final episodes of the Oprah Winfrey show were recorded at the United Center in Chicago, and some of the celebrity guests included Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise and Stevie Wonder. Her final episode was recorded Tuesday and will be broadcast later today.
