LONDON, UK – OneFatCigar and Peroni Nastro Azzurro have teamed up with A list film director Gabriele Muccino, who has been at the helm of major motion pictures including ‘Pursuit of Happyness’ and ‘Seven Pounds’ Will smith to offer a sensational opportunity to upcoming talent. Celebrating Italian film making and the art of turning the ordinary into the ‘extraordinary’, people will get the chance to working closely with Gabriele Muccino and his team on a short film.

Many professionals in the film industry have made it to the top by starting out by working on a short film production. This competition focuses on the crafts of several professions within our industry which will help entrants refine their skills by working with top industry professionals whilst getting paid for their work on set.

Successful UK applicants will assist Gabriele Muccino’s team in eight positions in the following areas: Make-up Artist, Set Designer, Stylist/Costumier, Producer, Director, Composer, Graphics/CGI artist, Editor.

To enter, filmmakers and talent need to register FREE, filling out CV/Resume information and upload a showreel.

Gabriele Muccino won the World Cinema Award at the Sundance Film Festival for ‘L’ultimo bacio’ and more recently was handpicked by Will Smith to direct the films ‘Pursuit of Happyness’ and ‘Seven Pounds’, both of which received critical acclaim and enjoyed huge commercial success around the world.
